Douglas Kohn MBA, CPA
Douglas Kohn is a seasoned Fractional CFO with over 15 years of experience delivering strategic financial leadership across industries such as SaaS and real estate. His expertise in optimizing financial performance and driving sustainable growth makes him a valuable partner for businesses seeking tailored financial solutions.

As a Fractional CFO, Douglas specializes in financial forecasting, budgeting, cash management, debt and equity financing, and advanced financial analysis. He focuses on delivering actionable insights and creating efficient processes that help businesses scale and navigate complex challenges.

Douglas is a New York CPA with an MBA from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Fordham University. Earlier in his career, he served as a financial analyst at Newmark Knight Frank, gaining expertise in underwriting, financial modeling, and real estate acquisitions. He later advanced to a leadership position as Director of Asset Management and Accounting, where he successfully oversaw financial operations for a large real estate portfolio.​ Douglas’s contributions extend into fintech, where he helped develop Rockport VAL, a competitor to ARGUS in real estate cash flow modeling.

Based in Florida, Douglas lives with his wife and daughter. He is dedicated to leveraging his extensive experience to empower businesses and drive long-term success.
